I too think Wencor gets it.

As far as ``what does Wencor get`` with the IMS acquisition, TDL is a given. But also think it`s about the IMS engineers developing applications and application interfaces for the digEsystem and the digEplayer.

That`s more engineers to compliment the edig engineers, to keep the digEs state of the art.

Think of what the IPOD would have been without Apple`s pool of engineers helping with the application front end interfaces and the iTunes linkage. That system was seamless and proved successful.

Seems to me what Wencor just did was make the digEs state of the art, with edig at the hardware/operating system side and IMS/APS on the TDL/application software side.

That`s why I think Wencor acquired IMS and that sure seems like a great fit with e.Digital.
