I thank you for stating the obvious which has espcaped a lot of "Bitter" posters, ( Bitter because the promise of great wealth they envisioned when they bought EDIG shares has not materialized in their time frame), who take pot shots at the management every chance they get, accusing it of some sinceter motive without taking the time to look at issues in an unbiased way thawhich you have done...

If all these NNN sears who have arrogated to themselves the right to save us all from our folly by investing in EDIG, more often than not, while shooting from the hip cry "Dilusion", "Unwarrented coduct" by mangement without so much as taking the trouble to see if the 750,000 shares warrents at $.75 cents given to the Board member who joined EDIG Board few years back were part of the renwal of warrents shares issued this time, something you apparently have done to reach the rational explanation you have given us...

Please post more often. We need some one like you to puch whole in all these allegation of misconduct by the management untill the end of this year, when management has told us all the "Elements" are supposed to come together...

And I beleive in what the management has been saying...
