APS opened the IFE door for WENCOR and now look at what they are doing....further acquisitions with a dominant position on the portable front and several airlines already talking digEsystem before the IMS deal gets inked.
It was very astute for them to devour those underfunded fledgings that have good tech and product capabilities and then run with it.
It might have been EDIG`s suggestion to acquire the technology so they could further develop their platform.
It also eliminates 1/3 of the competition.
