We will end the discussion, however we disagree on some of the issues as they relate to edig.

We agree in general on how and why they are determined for most businesses, but in the case of edig, there is no comparison to most of the companies who have stated goals to the investment community and to their shareholders, they have none.

I happen to believe that options must be earned by performance since performance is one of the criteria for retaining the executives, otherwise they are replaced.

We both could go on based on industry experience, but we are at a dead end.
