I do know a little about business and for a number of you to state that Wencor ``screwed up`` buying APS is beyone my comprehension....The owner of Wencor built this business into one of the largest of its kind in the world. He is an extremely savvy businessman. To think that he would not have crossed all his ``t`s` and dotted all his ``i`s` before singing up Mr. Boyer is ludicris and deserves no discussion at all.

Mr. Boyer was/is a baggage handler. Did the consultants/lawyers/owner think Mr. Boyer developed and manufactured the DP on his own.....IF THEY DID THEN WE DON`T WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THAT DUMB OF A COMPANY.
