Could be, but considering the low volume, lackluster trading, then a spike at the close the day before the SEC docs are made public makes me just wonder.

All this in light of management stating, significant, dynamic, microcap fund etc, and DM waving the Markman over the head of the 16 remaining defendants....something past infringers did not deal with...just makes me wonder.
