e.Digital would not be involved in any part of general IT or manage related type general technicians.
The only service items they will over see...the hardware encryption / both ends of the authentication process/along with a half dozen other related items of the DiGe only.....other than that...nothing else.
IMO they will never reveal the methods of manual service for say...un locking and reformatting a hard drive problem.. that will not rectify it self through an automated reset sequence that is managed by an IT technician.
