Mox...with that...IMO...there will be a blending of the two...with the IMS technicians not even knowing it is taking place...

This simply means that an OS such as Linux...will have the ability to manage specialized functions...that will tie back to an MOS structured environment....and that they will not have to implement a hardware controller(translation) to make it happen.
