`WHY IS WENCOR BUYING IMS if they ``need`` e.Digital????``

There are two areas of technical influence that Wencor is after....they do not have to have e.Digital for one area.

``Don`t WE have the engineering expertise they need for future upgrades... or the digEsystem????``

For specialized areas of change...yes...especially if it requires e.Digitals IP to make it happen in a less obvious manner than normally executed.
