1) After delaying tactics (`needing permission`,etc) by management regarding the company`s involvement with Wencor , more shares get authorized as the ASM. Once they have that ,Edigital management then announces (soon after ASM) that it`s relationship with Wencor will be slowly ending over the next 12-18 months. But, within that same news or shortly thereafter, there`s an announcement regarding a new Asian OEM who`s expected to release a DVAP for the holiday season. People become apologists for edigital management and say that consumer products are really the market to be in because it`s larger than IFE so it`s better to concentrate there.

2) They`ve been telling the truth and they haven`t been able to say anything because of Wencor. They finally convinced Wencor Edigital has a duty to their shareholders to provide them with timely information (especially since they`ve put our releases regarding BOTH the digeplayer and digesystem). Then, either at the ASM or before, they announce they really are still going to be involved heavily with Wencor to the glee of many a frustrated shareholder.

Let`s hope for #2 (but won`t be surprised by #1)
