If our average to date is 1.5 mil per co. why would you think the ave will be only 2 mil after Markman ?? , Seems to me DM already raised the bar a tad , Again if you were offered 1.5 to 2 mil to settle BEFORE Markman as the first rounders did , Wouldn't you take it and move on ?
