Polis sold one of his companies that happened to hold EDIG shares. As a condition of the sale of that company they sold the shares to the buyer of the company who now holds those EDIG shares as restricted shares. Polis then had to show he sold the shares due to his insider status.

They did not hit the market as a condition of the sale. That is my understanding and I will try and find the email with the explanation to further confirm it.
