So many assumptions.... Do we even know if there is a contract or any agreement between EDIG and APS or Wencor? I don`t recall ever seeing a PR from either/any stating that any kind of contract or agreement is in place. Yes, Purchase Orders (which are one at a time) are a form of contract, but typical for acquisition of line item X to be delivered by D-Day, with little further obligation by either party. Putting this another way, whenever EDIG teamed, partnered or formed any other type contractual arrangement, seems we got a PR stating same. I just don`t recall it happening here, which MAY mean that all doors are open for all parties. But then business sense comes into play.... even if there is no long-term contractual agreeement, do you want to potentially piss-off your best customer (or only viable supplier)?
