Moo shows last trade of 7,000 shares at 9.5. The trade for 100 shares at .0919 is a signal IMO. Some say it is to even out odd lots of shares etc. Maybe sometimes it is. I still think it's a signal between mm's most of the time. Of what meaning I do not know.
