Looks like the Q/A is waning - but interesting

Dear Robert:
e.Digital has stated this: ''We’re focused on accelerating and maximizing our IP monetization efforts and raising the bar on our licensing terms.''
We assume from this that the infringement fees have gone up, but without saying things like doubling/tripling the old amounts could you give us one or two words describing how much, like somewhat higher / moderately higher / a-lot higher / significantly higher / or we're shooting for everything we can get.
Respectfully,
Tim, Paducah, Ky

Dear Robert:
I was wondering if these two questions I sent last week got to you; or have you decided my questions are too questionable?
This excerpt is from Doc 292, Exhibit C sent to our defendants; we're asking them to explain/identify functions and sequences etc... '
''2. Explain the accused product’s file system (or file system functions) including specifically, the sequence of writing a first data file (example: video and/or audio clip) onto flash memory (embedded and/or removable) followed by writing a second data file (example: video and/or audio clip) onto flash memory (embedded and/or removable).''
*Our FlashBack Voice Recorder was focused on digital audio recording/editing. As I read this, to me it implies the the data-file is incompassing video interfacing as well as audio. Is the data-file 'all-encompassing' ie., both audio and/or video fall under our patents flowing through as a codec, or is it written like this because the audio has to accompany the video?
Please correct me if I'm off-base here in someway.
*Is it possible these new 'Voice Activated Cell Phones' could become a target for us?
Respectfully,
Tim , Paducah, Ky
Hi, Tim,
We'll let the claims within the Flash-R™ patent portfolio speak for themselves regarding
what they encompass. We have no comment at this time regarding your second question.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
