Remember FISH sitting on the side of EDIG's attorneys? And the latest addition to the DREAM TEAM DM is assembling, ( an e-Discovery whiz kid), is to get on with the business of getting a Favorable Markman Ruling from Judge Krieger.

All indications are that some of the Sweet Sixteen will settle, however, this time DM is pushing toward a Markman Ruling which fits quite nicely with PLANS to speed up the Monetization efforts.

IMO getting the FAVORABLE RULING from Judge Krieger is one of the crucial ELEMENTS RP keeps alluding to.
