No matter what they eventually call it...or mark it...

MOS will still be there to control the I/O along with the authentication process...allowing the automated file management upgrading of premium content...as well as the over all hard drive encryption. This will be for both the data loader as well as the DigE.

We will be there managing the same process...no matter what other non premium applications they implement. The hard drive encryption will protect all content no matter what it is....non premium or premium.

Or the whole platform was never important and never existed.

That which I have pointed out are the most obvious....however,

IMO..I feel that we have involvement at the metadata level of encoding of content....because of the expertise of e.Digital with regard to the processor platform involved....

IMO...I also feel that they have implemented embedded flash to manage the normally ROM implementations needed for a device such as this.

They have developed it with their fields of expertise and patent base...giving them advantages over others.
