I used to think that luck is being in the right place at the right time and do something about it.

do you think this is one of the elements RP is talking about?

We are in the right place "Edig land" at the right time "IP litigation time table" as Gil will say May 24

or Markman Time and do something about it "buy low sell high"

The one and only element that is missing IMHO is winning big money against the 164 left behind.
