No way no how should DM control the direction of the company. They are pursuing something management asked them to pursue.
The question now is what does management have in store for Edigital. When settlement money does come in what direction are they (EDIG) going in? Are they looking to pursue more r&d to patent something else going forward (and partner)? Is IFE just a stopgap measure until there's enough money to pursue r&d, etc. We don't seem to have any real market share in the IFE space to write home about. It does bring in some money but don't think many people bought this stock because of its ability to infiltrate the IFE space.
