Yes, "IP Type" is an interesting catchphrase. It's been on my mind since first reading it, and not just recently, it's been around for a while now.

What does IP relate to?......eVu matters? Doesn't seem to strike me as such.

IMO, the only thing that would attract "IP type" investment might be their possible involvement as suppliers of various offerings of tech, hinged to the same issues they are taking legal action....controller IP.

In the end, that is what it's all about anyway, controller signals interfacing a memory entity.....be it a standardized removable, or embedded.
