IMO, There are 4 companies being attentive....e.Digital has not replied to their answers in 49 days.....the norm seems to be 21, or there abouts. They have the ability to reply in as little as 7 days, which they have recently to Summit.

IMO, negotiation is happening.

IMO, in this negotiation DM is positioning the company that will eventually attract those IP type investors.

What I recognize in the comments of RP...."we don't care about retail investors" however, he has come to appreciate us here to some degree and he has opened up to us a bit recently.

They will point the tech in a direction that best suits the company and whatever technical associations they establish.

IMO, association and settlement agreements will be revealed to IP investors with NDA's....but never to general retail. We may see them in name, however, we will have no idea why they are involved.

The only way for us to be as confident as the IP investors, is through Silver or Giants, if the Markman hearing is processed. They can rely the material in question...and our speculation may turn into fact.
