As I understand it, the only thing a Markman resolves is a courts decision of what technical interpretations and meanings will be allowed in the case.

IMO, too much emphasis has been placed on a Markman hearing as to who wins. IMO, we all started off on the wrong foot with regard to a Markman.

There's no one here that will know if court considered interpretations are in e.Digitals favor, or the defendants....unless they tell us.
