Nokia Loses Bid To Pare Down Apple ITC Dispute
Law360, New York (April 26, 2010) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has refused to trim two patents from Apple Inc.'s suit accusing rival Nokia Corp. of infringing nine patents for technology used in several of the iPod maker's popular products.
Administrative Law Judge Charles E. Bullock denied Nokia's motion for dismissal and sanctions on Friday, citing opposition from both Apple and the ITC's investigation staff....
