The way these timelines are shaping up, I'd guess we won't have to wait until this time next year. We should have settlements and/or a Markman ruling then settlements by Sept/Oct this year.

I can see T2 case/cases going the distance, but this group is not that much of a giant leap above round 1 IMO. I'd speculate the setlements would average more than the 1st group, but not in a huge way.

If expectations are reasonable, and we get a few surprises, IMO it's better than how many of us participated in round 1, expecting massive judgements.

Having said that, it's not about losing confidence in the outcome case by case, but not setting the bar too high, even though the bar has been raised.

These CO 16 Pacer filings seem to be moving along very smoothly and on time, so that's a good sign as I see it, even though there's no legal knowledge on my part, except what I learn in here...LOL!!!
