This seems to work in our favor as EDIG's technologic explanation is simple and straight forward, as demonstrated by Pat Nunally at the shareholders meeting. With these flash patents dating back to the early '90s, the clarity of the patents and the massive markets that ensued on the backs of these patents, this could be the equivalent of a sunami, if and when these issues are resolved in EDIG's favor.
