Jet Blue has had great success offering in seat IFE on its single aisle aircraft...and built their reputation and brand on this simple concept.

The rest are just now catching up, but at a lower cost with a greater variety of content and a slightly different MODEL that allows for revenue recapture/generation.

Things are just now getting started.
