T.K, the way I read Agora's comment, they are going to provide a list of aliases that use the same IP address. Posting from multiple IP addresses doesn't matter unless of course someone else also did (i.e., a computer at a public library perhaps). Even then it wouldn't be a problem...just a huge coincidence (and freaky!). In my case, I'd bet serious cash no one else is posting from the same two public places I do. If two (or more) aliases do show up using the same IP address, those posters should explain how it's happening.

As richardo already explained, there could be a husband/wife combo with different aliases posting from the same computer. You can bet my wife isn't spending her time posting about EDIG. You should see the look she gives me whenever I just bring up EDIG! LOL
