THanks Jefother for the pacer filing we have not seen them for a while, in the first round we demanded a jury trial and they settled, now they are demanding Trial by Jury, hopefully their Jury is the inhouse Jury ( their Board of Directors) who will decide OOPs we did infringe let our lawyers negotiate a good settlemrnt deal for us and part with our business. If not the real Jury will decide their faith with a slap on their wrist.
