For those of you who posted your thoughts on this board "attn Agora" it was not done correctly and they may never see it.

When you start a NEW post, you must check the "Question for AGORACOM" button.

This will add a ? mark displayed in green with a circle around it, which everyone here has seen before. Your post will be publically displayed and go directly to an admin post pool where a team of Agora staff view and respond. If the subject matter requires a management response, your question will be forwarded.

There are hundreds of boards, they don't have a reason to monitor all of them and pick out any questions posted to them.

Start a new post, and click button #3, "Question to AGORACOM."

When a post is started per above, added comments will become part of the thread and they will see all of them.

Bottom line gang, start over, or send a PM via the "CONTACT US" tab at the top right of the home page.
