It's your ISP that has the goodies already... agora's just trying to slow the blatent abuse down by rookies - true IT'rs can twart-n-fool per an IP, but it's take a court-order to get your name-address.
IMO
not-unlike the music-mogles suing the ISP to get IPs of downloaders back longtime-ago; but if mem serves me some of the gave them up witout a fight.
