Could be wrong, but if we can get a mark set for early next year if we prevail on 2/3s of discovery claims on the 774-737 that'l' cave the remaining 170-r-so removables; then we can go to T2 on embedded flash at the IC companies.

but i've been wrong before - I ask RP if our undesclosed US-OEM is providing any technology input on the nex-gen eVU and he said no, all the hardware/sofeware is all being done inhouse - which leave me wondering about it's higher wireless and other advancements quality will be since we have no partner yet, atul's gone and we're lacking in the EE dept at edig, but as I've said before, the majority of this wireless unit should have been achieved long ago.
