Defendants all state that Plaintiff is not entitled to any damages or other relief.

The undersigned defendants (collectively “Defendants”) all assert

Here are my dumb questions for those damn defendant. In their perspective who owns the patent? Why isn't one of those damn defendant suing 150 companies for patent infringement? Why is E-digital the only company stepping up with an IP lawsuit?
