Looking at the quarter ending 9/30/09 and for the nine months ending 9/30/09, they do show $1.25 million, so I guess that tells us that the only settlement for the entire calendar year of 2009 was Samsung for $1.25 mil.

Since I don't keep track of every settlement by quarter, it surprises me that we only had one during the entire year.
