Well put, and I'm confident most here understand the points we were trying to make. With that said, maybe by July the dominos will begin to fall.
We may have gotten a "small" payment from each of the TX 7 and 1st 3 of the CO 19, but it made us dept free and set a precident for these 16 to ponder over.
