Only one thing that matters

We are all here for a single reason. We want the share price to ascend to the point where each investor believes the return on the investment is adequate based on selling all or a portion of shares owned.

There is only one group responsible for the share price and the success of the company. That happens to be the management of edig.

Looking back over the last 5+ years, and until they entered into a contract with DM, they had not delivered any return on an investment. The DM agreement, a management decision, has not resulted in any appreciation of the share price, however the list of potential infringers, the resulting settlements, the remaining lawsuits, active and on the wait list, does provide the best opportunity for share price improvement compared to any past decision by management.

We can only see an achievement and management success after the share price has improved to the point where the investors are satisfied based on a reasonable return.

As to price speculation, my analysis resulting in a $3.00 share price and as high as $5.50 was based on a success of the total infringement list and the information provided by management as to the total amount expected from the settlements. This also included revenues from product sales and service and covered a time period of approx. 5 years hence forth.

Any other management decisions impacting the business, mergers, acquisitions new product markets and elements currently being mentioned by management may modify the price significantly. The effect could be positive but could also be negative and as of now we have no information to predict the outcome, all we have is new inpouts from management.

Doesn't matter about what has transpired in the past, nor does it matter about future speculation, it's what we presently know about the game plan and will we be successful in implementing any new strategies as they become knowledgeable to us.

I know I am in it for one reason, to see a specific share price which would yield the return I am seeking, then it's sell and I'm gone.
