I was thinking of the connecting the dots analogy during yesterdays posts....

It usually runs rampant when there is a "find" and everyone runs with it. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great that shareholders are constantly scanning all areas for possibilities to generate share price movement.

Unfortunately, we are at the companys mercy when it comes to communication. I for one like the tight lipped approach when it comes to litigation issues. Let DM do the talking. Hopefully, this batch gets us to Markman hearing. Of course, nothing is a given as to a favorable ruling. Plus, it would probably not happen until 2011...
