The ``requirement`` to announce anything ONLY AFTER getting Wencor`s ``permission`` only suggests that the end customer is Wencor`s customer, and that Wencor is EDIG`s customer. This would apply with or without an exclusivity clause. This I KNOW (though it may not be a ``requirement``, it makes good business sense if you want to retain your customer).

The ambiguity of RP`s canned response, used both for the RR and big boat responses, suggests to me a ``maybe, someday`` type answer. While I`m pretty much convinced we`re hitting the rails, I`ve seen no real clues regarding the big boats.
