I was trying to help Bosocker feel better, but I think he's at the pub paying his bet debt...lol.

We are poised to pop in the next few months, as these 16 yet to conclude banter back and forth. I can't help but feel, IMO of course, with 10 settlements under our belt, to include some big companies who had the resources to fight back, that DM has the upper hand. I'd guess some of these 16 will drop out of the picture before Markman, and weaken the team approach they currently have in place.

Just a common sense gut feel on my part mind you.

I also feel, in the gut again, that management has some aces in the hole, and when the timing is right, the winning hand will be shown.
