Caught up.....

Few thoughts:
Trademark - it does belong to APS/Wencor. But as time passes and digEplayer name recognition builds, at some point, should EDIG pursue digE sales independently/through others, they should IMO be able to simply call it the ``Edigplayer``. Close enough to ``digEplayer`` to get recognized, and gets our symbol out there front and center. And the cat will be out of the bag as soon as people realize that the device (perhaps in a different ``housing``) is the same friggin` thing. RECOGNITION.
Impediments? Did Boyer pursue a patent on the handheld VOD IFE concept? Seems unlikely or competition would be on the hook for royalties. The housing? Seems realatively ``generic``, so probably not. So other than the digEplayer trademark, what exactly did Boyer sell Wencor? I understand they got the existing contracts with airlines and content providers, but what technology? Any? I`m thinking none, really, so I see no impediments for EDIG to pursue other avenues without threat.
Trading today and late yesterday indicates a couple things.... Only ``we`` know about this (AMTRAK), and ``we`` are all ``all in``. Otherwise volume would be way up and we wouldn`t be sitting at .145.
