B-Lunist was flagged repeatedly, for the same rule violation (insults/shouting) on PTSC and EDIG. As a HL no less, he had one of the lowest scores, whined about it, and complained at how few thumbs he got etc. The low score vote was a combination of both boards...capiche? His battles with fello posters/HL's on both boards is well known.

Speaking of capiche, slang mind you, I used to spell it capish and caught flack for it, to include Gil calling me COMBA vs GUMBA...so what!!!

There was constant abuse of many posters and HL's, for simple stuff no less, when we called a settlement a WIN....and he had to argue the choice of words all the time. Agora even stepped in and conducted a vote to stop the thread....remember this gang?

After multiple flags on both boards, he stated closing his account on his own. He could not be banned as a Pres Plus Appointed by anyone on either board. Taking him at his word, he quit. Before B-Lunist quit, for weeks and weeks, he sent unwanted lecturing, nasty/vulgar PM's to me and others. I asked him as did others to stop the PM's but he would not. I had to report this abuse multiple times to Andreas, who warned him to stop or be permanently banned, then shortly after he was gone, on his own as he stated.

Then, someone going by "petdsicg" joined us, and in short order the posting style emerged to be identical as B-Lunist as observed by at least a dozen people here, to include HL's via PM'g. "Pet" was flagged repeatedly on EDIG as well as PTSC, and was banned by HL's on PTSC...not EDIG. Both boards gave ample warnings, and PTSC axed him....NOT US!!! Note: I can't prove Pet and B-L are the same person.

So, here comes "BLUNIST is back." He was welcomed back by many posters on PTSC, but I don't recall a single post on EDIG stating the same. In short order, the rule violations started again, multiple flags/warnings, public comments asking to stop etc, Agora received complaints, to include me, and I even went to the extreme to warn Agora many times that if he kept it up, we were going to ban him. To the best of my knowledge, they were monitoring the flags/warnings.

I flagged a couple of posts that had "sugar coated insults" and SS has stated he did the banning. I had flagged 1 or 2 other posts and a fello HL processed them as ignore. I also, as did others, delete posts, saving him flags/warnings and premature banning. If ya can't read it, nothing else happens...capiche?

Ample opportunity was given for him to change his ways, and he did not...plain and simple.

What's unfortunate, he owns the stock, again taking him at his word, is knowledgable about the company, the techy stuff, legal matters to a degree, and knows how to contribute, but the "in your face" style got the best of him. This was not about a single HL, but many, and we PM'd repeatedly trying to decide how to handle it. One of the things I stated to my fello HL's was, not to make it personal, just stay within the rules, and Agora has the right to over turn and unjustified flag/warning, to include banning.

If they want to investigate this and allow his return, again, so be it.

What's on the surface here is not the full picture, thus some background.

Lastly, if 900+ boards leave the banning to Agora Admin, there would not be the staff to manage it...that's why the business model is designed for 'INVESTOR CONTROLED FORUMS, DELETE BASHERS."
