"I don't think any Hub Leader should be able to ban any member. Too many personality's come into effect."
If I am to read you correctly, it's not the banning that is the problem, but rather, who gets the power to ban.
Agora set up the system to allow for self policing. The system works for the most part, and was instituted to alleviate the man hours it takes to do the job of the hub leaders. In those instances when there is a controvery, Agora can and does weigh in, making the final decision. I imagine they could remove a hub leader if they felt their enforcement was over the top.
For the most part there is rational discourse on Agora, unlike some of the other forums.
My conclusion is that the Agora system is the most effective investment forum available to us and that we keep that in perspective.
It seems your concerns should be addressed to Agora directly and if dissatisfied with their product, find another that serves you better, or live with it as it is, warts and all.
