They didn't use Mark Fisher at the plaintiff's table. In Doc 255, the court clerk only identified Jameson, Yungwirth, Hanlon-Leh and Briant as attorney's for the plaintiff and I seriously doubt she would get that wrong. All attorney's check in with her before the proceedings start and she writes down their names. I saw the process with my own eyes on 1/20/10. Nobody else's eyes -- mine. LOL
There also hasn't been a Notice of Entry of Appearance filed naming Mr. Fisher as an attorney for the plaintiff. Where did his name come from re: representing EDIG?
