Last year we got a PR on 4-1-09 announcing the Olympus settement followed by another update regarding the status with digecor suit hanging over our heads at that time.

10 settlements later and a victory against digecor, we are looking at 16 more cases well into the process....money in the bank, no debt and management statements referencing microcap fund interest this year.

Calendar 2010/Fiscal 2011 is now the focus and further distances the past with the future.

Progress on all fronts except one...the pps. New highs hit in Oct/Nov of 2009, not sustained...due mostly to the management/timing of settlements. That is the deal, unfortunately, timing is not in our control....but with 16 lined up, that issue should be resolved this year.

DM, by increasing the numbers of infringers each round, seems to be addressing that issue. The next round timing will be key to addressing the pps. New investors need to see steady growth or significant growth.

Frustrating, no doubt, until it happens.
