Sakar International, Inc filed an answer to EDIG's original complaint way back in Dec 09 (Doc 10). Sakar did not file an answer to EDIG's amended complaint (Doc 194) however all the other defendants did. And Canon USA, Inc and Vtech Electronics filed answers to both EDIG's original & amended complaints.

Now I notice that Docs 239, 240, 250 and 252 do not include Sakar as a relevant defendant. Look at the title page of these Docs...Sakar is the only one not bolded. It may go back even further like this but I stopped at Doc 239.
Not sure if it means anything but I find it interesting.
