They don't have to buy back shares now but could issue a policy statement that in the event they feel the market has grossly undervalued the shares of the company, and if they had the resources, they would actively buy back shares.
I am not expecting or advocating a buy back at this moment in time, but management should be exuding confidence in that they have already referenced that they expect microcap interest this year.
If in a year from now the market cap remains in the $30 million range and the company has $20 million in the bank with 160+ infringers to go, they best have a plan to buy back shares at .13.
And on the concept of divdends for a penny stock....just a terrible idea.
