We haven't had any real dilution in a long time, other than to pay off debt.

If they have elements in place that will attract investment dollars then that is, imo, a very good reason to start a company buy back of shares...and normally I would not take that position...as I would rather them hoard cash for growing the business. But in light of EDIG being on the precipice of solid business developments, and since the market is blind to it, EDIG managment should act on this opportunity.

They can always reissue them at higher prices down the road if they need cash.
