I don't know what you mean by double Markman.......perhaps out of the 4-1 meeting a date is established for the current case.

They have a responsibility to grow the business, IMO, the legal actions may help to achieve such an objective. If they have to cross Markman's bridge someday, I figure they'll do it, or they wouldn't have started the process to begin with. I'd like to see the business grow to some degree alongside the legal effort. I hope that the elements show me that action.

Affirmative.....it takes many claims to get their inventions appreciated ....however, the court only allows so many claims in a case. So the companies they accuse have to be pretty close in relation to infringements they're after.

They can sue for data structure....to related data control circuitry, to distributed power saving circuitry.....to many things.....they're not allowed to do it all at once, at least that is the way I'm interpreting things.
