I for one am a little dissapointed in that we didn't have a couple of companies cave at the deadline, I predicted two, wrong again. The counter claims are laughable, idiotic, and just plain inexcueable as a fact in law.

I believe that we should embrace the Markman and go to trial in order to get to the level of settlements that will catapult our s/p to levels people dream of.
