On what basis did this speculation of the Polis trust gobbling up the shares and taking EDIG private? From where I sit, this makes no sense what so ever.
To the best of my memory, the trust has never owned over 10%, if in fact it ever did.
It was selling, for what ever reason, the end of last year.
What this amounts to could be called a "hostile takeover behind the scenes."
IMO, forgetaboutit.....
