Thoughts and Questions

I have only posted on this board a couple of times, but I keep up with it on a daily basis. I thought I would post some thougts that I have been having, and get some other opinions on it.
With our reduced employee count, and resulting reduced overhead, how are we developing the next generation of the eVu with it's multitude of new capabilities including 3G/4G capabilities? It seems that this new product is beyond our developmental capabilities, which leads to the logical question of who are we partnering with to help us develop it?
Could it be past infringer that we have already settled with? Samsung?
The stated capabilities of the next generation eVu seem to me to be a competitor to the iPad! What will make it stand out from the competition? In my opinion Content!
We have approval from ALL of the major studios for early release movies, before they are out on DVD. I have to assume that this is because of our apparently bulletproof encryption system that is currently patent pending. (Is this patent the "golden egg"?) What if the studios are prepared to partner with us and give us currently in theaters new content? What kind of opportunities would that open up? I just got an e-mail today from Cox Cable that they are now offering Just Released DVD's immediately "On Demand" when they are released on DVD. Even the cable companies don't have acess to early release content!
Does anyone else out there currently have acess to early release content like we do? What if the cable companies and everyone else (including Apple) have to use our patent pending technology so that they can offer "Currently in Theaters" content. I know myself that there are lots of movies that I would like to go see, but never do. If I could do it in my living room at the same time that the new movies are making headlines and being advertised to the public, I know that I would pay for it, and I would watch more movies.
Why is e.Digital management SO confident in the certainty of multiple major announcements this year?
If you follow my logic...we've got something major that is already a done deal...there is little chance of failure...we are working with someone (or multiple companies) that are BIG, and it will be game changing!
Of course all of this is speculation, and in my opinion...I'm ready for the share price to show some life!
Thoughts anyone?
